I started High Prairie Cattle Company
because I love the ranching way of life. To me, there is nothing more enjoyable and amazing than growing grass from soil, sunlight and rain, and turning that grass into healthy and delicious beef. I've had this passion for ranching since I was a young boy. It’s truly in my blood, and I feel this is what God put me here to do.
Farming goes way back in my family history, but it skipped a generation when my parents left the farm to seek a different type of life. Taking my family back to the land required a ton of hard work and dedication, but now my dream has become a reality. It is a blessing to live this way and I hope my lifestyle can bring a healthy meal to your table someday.
We provide our pasture based beef products to give our friends, family, and neighbors a different option than factory farmed grocery store beef. Our meat is leaner, and has a bolder taste than everyday off the shelf products. Our beef is dry aged for 21 days, bringing out this bold taste and to creating a succulent and tender piece of meat.
